Actually the location was superb. The mall was just beside the hotel, 5 mins walk. Hotel was very easy to locate. But everything goes out to the staff. I didnt get the name of the staff. To the staff that handled my family request, we thank you so much. My family demands are just out of the world, but he maintain his professionalism. We did not get a chance to thank and tip him because for only 2 nights of stay, he has done so much for us.

Location is excellent, just beside Centre Point Mall and a crawl away from the train station. There are plenty of local and international food options across the road, including a convenience store. We made a last minute booking for a Superior Queen Room and was accomodated promptly. Considering the smaller room size, the layout maximized shelf and storage space for items and luggage, and still had space for a single window. Clean, comfortable, and would stay again next time.

The room was clean, small and comfortable. Its location is convenient, being close to Centre Point mall. It also has a wide variety of foods to choose from the shopping mall. The staff were friendly and attentive too. Overall it was nice!

Good location (close to train station & Mall). Bathroom has a door! Water won’t spill out; and the shower is strong

Strategic location, near Centre Point Mall and Medan Train Station. If you ride the train to or from Bandara Kualanamu, you can choose this hotel.
